Auldhame House is the perfect base for a relaxing winter weekend away. Once you have enjoyed your spa experince, enjoy a wander round the beautiful seaside town of North Berwick or enjoy a delicious meal at one of our amazing local restaurants or cosy in and cook up a storm in our well appointed kitchen. If it is an active getaway you’ve been thinking about, we are situated close to the John Muir Way, ideal for walking or cycling breaks. From the end of your own private driveway, enjoy elevated views of the Bass Rock and Tantallon Castle, then follow your nose down the estate road to Seacliff Beach for a spot of winter wild swimming or paddle boarding!

With generous living space to enjoy you will have plenty or room to relax and unwind if you would rather just cosy-in in for a couple of days. The accommodation comes fully equipped with WIFI and a smart TV should you wish catch up on a few box sets. The bedroom is furnished with zipnlink beds, allowing it to be made up as a double room or to become a twin room for ultimate flexibilty. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests or children.

Making the most of our fantastic location, only 25 miles from Edinburgh, we also enjoy our close proximity to both North Berwick and its train station to Edinburgh. We also mustn’t forget to mention that we are within walking distance of a distillery – home of NB Gin.

The accommodation has been arranged to make you feel as ‘athome’ as possible, with sumptuous duvets, soft towels and plenty of hot water for warming up after your bracing walks or sea swims. In the evening, take a wander down to the end of your private driveway and see the boats lit up in the Firth of Forth, and night sky come alive and possibly even catch a glimpse of the aurora borealis.
